For InstantBoss & Small Shop Social

Your platform, faster and cheaper — and finally yours to change.

A plan to move InstantBoss and Small Shop Social onto Cloudflare: one modern platform behind both apps and the website, lower running costs, and content you can update just by asking.

The setup today

Three tools, three bills, nothing easy to change.

Right now your platform is spread across three separate paid services — Xano running the system behind both apps, Webflow running the website, and Wized running the help chatbot. Together that's $70 a month.

The bigger cost isn't the money. It's that none of it is easy to change without a developer, and all of it is renting space on someone else's system — with their rules, their limits, and their price increases.

The move

One platform, built on Cloudflare.

I'd bring all of it together onto Cloudflare — the same technology that runs a huge part of the internet. One place runs the website, the system behind both the InstantBoss and Small Shop Social apps, and all your content.

Fewer moving parts. One bill instead of three. And it's yours to own instead of renting month to month — so you're never locked in or stung by a tool's price hike again.

What you'll feel every day

Make changes by asking.

Once it's on Cloudflare, you'll be able to update your content with AI. Describe what you want — new daily content, an edit to a page, an updated resource — and it happens. No waiting on a developer for the small stuff.

Built so it can't break

The AI can change your content and settings — but it cannot touch billing, member accounts, or anything that would break the apps. You can preview every change before it goes live, and undo it instantly if you change your mind. Total freedom to change things, with zero risk of breaking anything underneath.

What it costs

From $70 a month to about $10.

Savings ≈ $60/month — about $720 a year.

The move itself is a one-time project. It pays for itself in well under a year, and after that the savings land in your pocket every month — on top of a platform that's faster, simpler, and fully yours.

The part that matters most

Nothing breaks, and your apps never go down.

Moving everything sounds risky. It isn't — not the way I do it. The new setup is built and runs side by side with the old one the entire time. Nothing switches over until the new version is built, tested, and proven.

What's included

The whole platform.

How it rolls out

Step by step, with nothing switched until it's proven.

01

Website

Move the site to Cloudflare. The first subscription drops away immediately.

02

The apps' system

Rebuild the system that powers both apps right next to the live one — piece by piece, switching nothing until each part is double-checked against what you have now.

03

Apps

New app versions connect to the new system and go to both stores. The current versions keep running until the updates are approved and adopted.

04

AI editing & handover

Turn on the AI editing, retire the old tools, and you're fully on Cloudflare — lower cost, full control.

You'll get a clear update at each step. No surprises, no black box.

The investment

One price for the whole move.

$500 one-time

Covers the full move — the website, the systems behind both apps, the AI editing, and the smooth changeover from start to finish. After that, your running costs drop by roughly $60 a month and the whole thing is yours to control.
